The Planning department in 1991 implemented a Noise document and placed it on properities in and around the airport. But not all the properties have this on there deeds.
Planning department in 1994 - prior to houses being built in and around the airport - had a consulting firm specifically request that a change of zoning from residental to other uses happen for the area around the airport. This did not happen.
